You are invited to breathe with us to support the healing power of the earth. Standing, or sitting on a chair or stool, physically sense your feet on the earth. Physically feel your connection to the earth with your feet. Let the earth be the base of your support. Sensing the support of the earth and your lower body, let your shoulders relax. Let your breath come and go. Wait until it comes again on its own. Physically feel your breath moving in your body. Feeling this breath within supports healing integration of mind, body, and spirit. As you sense your breath know that in the U.S.A., Europe, and South America others will be experiencing their own breath at the same time.
