You can experience a powerful life sculpting tool. The Middendorf Breath was developed over 60 years ago by German born Ilse Middendorf. The work is well known in Germany and Switzerland. Breath work can be applied in everything from acting, dancing, singing, sports and meditation, to asthma and stress.
A typical class lasts about 1 1/2 hours. Through various movements & work with our breath, we can open our body, mind & spirit to the healing power of Breath at the deepest level.
Each person has their own rhythm. it is as individual as a fingerprint. by finding our own natural rhythm we deepen the healing power of the breath.
There are also Breath Dialogue sessions offered. Here, the practitioner works with the client, hands-on, to open his or her body to the nurturing & life-giving power of Breath.
